Mason-Franklin, home baker for many years before enrolling in Walnut Hill College, The Restaurant School and graduating,  magna cum laude with an associates degree in Pastry Arts.  ServSafe Certified, Food Safety Certificate from the Philadelphia Health Dept. and ServSafe Allergy Certified.  Owner of Sweetsies Sugarfree Sweets,(closed),  featured on the cover of the Milestone Senior Paper, articles written in the Southwest Globe times, the Westside Weekly, and the Fallser Community Newspaper about her sugarfree dessert business she started due to her mother's diabetes.  Featured on Channel 10 with Lori Wilson and Bill Henley demonstrating a sugarfree cheesecake. Completed business courses at the women's business development center, Entrepreneur Works, and workshops at Wharton SBDC, 
Caregiver to her late mother for 20yrs before her passing with the assistance of family and worked with home health aides from various agencies on assisting with mom's care.
